The limited partnership business structure of SMP is used as a vehicle of three primary individuals that pooled their money to invest in real estate, commodities and other assets based on their professional, technical and financial education combined with decades of experience in management and entrepreneurship
Limited Liability Partnerships
An LLP, even ours, is an uncommon vehicle used to maximise the benefits of the managed assets and investing in an LLP. An LLP is a corporate entity, but it is not a company. There are several reasons why a firm may be looking at selling part of the equity in the business, driven largely by either an exit strategy for the existing individual members or as an alternative to loan finance. For an investor, the profit and capital structure must facilitate a return on their investment and/or an increase in capital value. This approach is a significant departure from the typical profit and capital model in LLPs, broadly consisting of a defined proportional share of profits (with some variation or subtleties) and a “capital in equals capital out” entitlement. The flexibility afforded to participants in an LLP cannot be easily replicated in a company. Brand loyalty in business is often bigger than individual reputation.. not in our case..
Scientific Research
We, a group of professionals and partners, still working with an emphasis on continual optimization, our research is focused towards achieving a carbon neutral footprint of our existing asset - management processes by general aviation, healthcare, microchips development, commodities, mineral oil activities and precious metals refining and their derivates that can be transformed into specialized commodities and high- end technological products leveraged by banking instruments.
Materials
Recycling is the new mining. Through reclamation, we acquire raw materials with less CO2 emissions than extraction. From input to output, our linear process of mechanical and chemical refining can produce premium products for high-end technologies
Management of Assets
With a goal of a net-zero carbon footprint, the optimization of all our asset management is the practice of buying, selling, and managing investments and assets by our self, commensurate with specific risk tolerances, to increase wealth over time. Combined processes will lead us to have a closed-loop energy system. With an increased emphasis on prototypes and production technologies for high-end alternatives, this recovered resource will add to our self-sustainability
Funding
Through self-funding of multi-million dollar implementations of energy and environmentally sustainable projects, along with our financial assets, we can develop scalable production systems that collectively reduce CO2 emissions and become a self-sustaining business model for high – end products leveraged by standard financial instruments provided by our licensed partners to a maximum value of One Billion USD
